A Card for My Missionary

Our son , John, is serving a mission for our church. He loves it!  And the people that he serves. WE send him letters and keep in touch via email.  Today I decided it was time to send him this special card I created with him in mind!  He is one amazing young man...and touches so many lives, for sure.

Here is a card I made using my favorite stamp set (at least for now!), "4 My Friend". The sentiment is "cheer up" and how could you not be happy with these colors from the "Stella" paper line!??

Here is John's baby quilt, Little Boy Blue. Mom was visiting Salt Lake City on tour a few years ago with Dad and the Civil Air Patrol. Of course, mom was always so great at finding quilt shops! she purchased pattern and made her grandson this darling keepsake! John loves it still!
The Lone Star Quilt was a block of the month from a favorite quilt shop owned by Sandy Brawner in Lewisville TX. We love it Sandy!!
